• Goods will not be sent until payment has been received as cleared funds. No credit is offered unless by prior arrangement with the management.
• All goods will be sent using our standard delivery service which is 3- 5 working days excluding public holidays, weekends and the festive season (The Festive season may extend delivery to up to 7 working days).
• When a buyer adds an item to the "cart" they are then agreeing to the terms and conditions of this site.
• Exchanges will be given for incorrect sizes ordered, no refunds will be offered in this instance. Refunds will only be offered to those who, in an unfortunate event should receive faulty goods, they may also have the option of a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• For the purchase of saddles, when they are tried onto the horse a saddle pad must be worn, any marks on the underside of the saddle which cannot be removed will then mean that the saddle will not be accepted by us for an exchange, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.
• All items are given a rigorous check before they are dispatched to you the customer, to check for any faults or defects.
